The Republic of Slovenia and the Union of Comoros established diplomatic relations
New York, 27 April 2011 - Ambassador Sanja Štiglic, Permanent Representative of Slovenia to the UN and Ambassador Mohamed Toihiri, Permanent Representative of the Union of Comoros to the UN signed the Joint Communiqué on the establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Slovenia and the Union of Comoros. The Ambassadors agreed that the formal establishment of diplomatic relations is an upgrade of the already existing good relations and co-operation between the two countries and the Permanent missions in New York on all issues of common concern.
